Description:
The results of cyclic torsional shear tests performed at Kyoto University (KyU) to characterize the stress-strain-strength response of Ottawa F-65 sand are archived in this project. The experimental data presented here as well as the results of the cyclic direct simple shear tests conducted at the George Washington University for LEAP-Asia-2018 and the monotonic and cyclic triaxial tests conducted at GWU for LEAP-2015 and LEAP-2017 projects are provided to the numerical simulation teams who participate in the LEAP-Asia-2018 numerical simulation exercise. The numerical simulation teams use these results to calibrate the constitutive models that are used in the numerical simulations of LEAP-Asia-2018 centrifuge tests.
