Description:
This project contains a Jupyter notebook for viewing cone penetration test (CPT) data in the Next Generation Liquefaction (NGL) relational database (doi.org/10.21222/C2J040). The NGL database is mirrored to DesignSafe, and the database can be queried using Python scripts in Jupyter notebooks. The notebook in this project connects to the NGL database, and provides a graphical user interface that allows users to interact with the CPT data in the database. This notebook may be downloaded by users to their own project space within DesignSafe and modified as needed to alter or extend its functionality. Furthermore, the notebook accesses inverse-filtered CPT data that is saved in the Community Data / NGL area of DesignSafe.
